Los Angeles, CA – UCSA, the University of California Student Association, has announced they will join the fight to close property tax loopholes and reform Prop 13 by launching a Fund the UC campaign. A UCSA official said that $9 billion in tax revenues generated by reform could potentially be used to increase funding for higher education and tuition reduction.
